About Justin Grabell

Justin utilizes his previous experience in luxury hospitality and as an NYC commercial real estate advisor to provide his clients with a five-star level of service. As a client-facing director at onefinestay in both NYC and San Francisco, Justin's comprehensive market knowledge and keen negotiation skills allowed him to market properties and over-deliver to his clientele.

Justin's insight, direct approach, and extensive service were the backbone of his success and proved to be an invaluable resource to his business. As a commercial real estate agent with CBRE and Avison Young in NYC, Justin advised clients such as Vera Bradley, Pipedrive, and Alchemy/ABR through complex real estate transactions while continuing to deliver high-end customer service from start to finish.

Justin graduated from the University of Wisconsin’s School of Business with a B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Land Planning. He is an active member of The Museum of Arts and Design’s Luminaries Committee and the NYC Pickleball League. Justin grew up in Tenafly, NJ, has lived in San Francisco, and currently lives in the Union Square neighborhood
